This piece is simply called "Interrogation Cell". In this case an alien is being interrogated in an underground base and he is a bit confused and is attempting to reason with his Captors through a large one way window. I used Cinema 4D version 8.2 and photoshop for a tiny amount of post work. Comments are most welcome.
